EPSOL S.R.L. considers the protection of personal data of users of the website https://www.epsolsrl.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Web-site") to be of fundamental importance. Therefore, through this Policy, provided and pursu-ant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), EPSOL S.R.L. aims to share its policy on the processing of personal data.

2. Types of Data Processed by EPSOL S.R.L.

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Inter-net communication protocols (such as Internet domain and IP protocol, type of browser and operating system used, date, time, and duration of the visit, pages viewed, and the search engine used to access the site). These data are not collected to be associated with identified individuals; however, by their very nature, they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by us-ers who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the re-quested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the us-er's operating system and IT environment. Thisese data are is used solely to obtain anony-mous statistical information on the use of the Website and will be deleted immediately af-ter processing, except where required by judicial authorities for investigations by judicial authorities.

3. Processing of User Data

The Data Controller ensures that the processing of users' data will fully comply with the applicable data protection regulations.

In particular, Personal data acquired by EPSOL S.R.L. will be processed by per-sonnel expressly authorized and appointed by the Data Controller, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, confidentiality, and the rights of the data subject. EPSOL S.R.L. will process the data subject’s dataof the data subject only for only the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing and, in full compliance with the legal retention obligations.

Personal data will be processed using IT/telecommunication or paper-based tools, ensuring the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational security measures, as re-quired by Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, un-authorized access, or processing that is not permitted or otherwise not in line with the purposes of data collection.

5. Data Disclosure

Personal data provided by users may be disclosed to public, institutional, or professional entities authorized by law to request their its acquisition, as well as, exclusively for the purposes set out in section 3, to third-party companies or professionals that EPSOL S.R.L. relies on for its business activities, such as, by way of example and not limited to, account-ing and tax consultants, legal advisors, and IT service providers. These third parties, if not acting as Data Controllers, will assume the role of Data Processors under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and will therefore comply with specific contractual obligations regarding data security.
