Drilling and Mechanical Assembly

Using our Perforex machine, we achieve precise processing of the electrical panel plates, tailoring them to the specific requirements of the project. After processing, the components are assembled with the utmost care, following the client's exact specifications.

Wiring

Wiring is a critical phase in the creation of electrical panels. After the components are assembled, we begin the wiring process, supported by interactive screens that accelerate the procedure. Special attention is given to the accuracy of cable positioning and the order of connections to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system. We prioritize reliability and future ease of maintenance by organizing cables neatly and systematically.

Machine-Side Installation

We handle the installation of the electrical systems either at our facilities or directly at the client's site. Our team ensures that the hardware installation process is seamless and meticulous, adhering to all technical requirements. This includes conducting insulation resistance tests and applied voltage tests to ensure the system's safety and reliability.

Final Testing

To minimize downtime at the client’s location, we conduct pre-testing of the systems at our facilities. The same technician who performed the pre-testing will carry out the final testing on-site, ensuring smooth integration and further reducing installation time.
