EPSOL’s Sustainability Plan is built around three key areas: Environment, Community, and Governance. Through our ongoing commitment to improving ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance) performance and maintaining transparency with all our stakeholders, we aim to create shared value—for the benefit of both our company and society as a whole.

Our Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with international GRI standards, highlights the concrete actions we’ve taken to promote people’s well-being, support local communities, and protect the environment.

We aim to operate and manage EPSOL with a governance system grounded in transparency, accountability, and respect.

EPSOL has adopted a global governance policy built on integrity, transparency, legality, and impartiality. By promoting responsible decision-making, the company progressively integrates social responsibility principles into all its organizational areas and business relationships.

In 2023, EPSOL adopted a Code of Ethics, distributed throughout the organization, which sets the ethical and moral standards that all employees and collaborators must adhere to. This document fosters responsible, socially-conscious business management, ensuring that transparency remains at the heart of all relationships with stakeholders

Carbon Footprint

To further demonstrate our commitment to fighting climate change and protecting the environment, EPSOL will begin reporting its direct and indirect emissions in 2024. This will include measuring the Carbon Footprint of the entire organization. This indicator will represent the environmental impact of our activities, and the results will be shared through our Sustainability Report, ensuring transparent and integrated communication with all stakeholders. Together, we can build a more sustainable future.
